If you have chosen the custom jewelry option and we are building your jewelry for you, 

please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Depending on the number of orders we are working on, 

you may receive your order faster.

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of the custom made jewelry, these are not returnable. PLEASE CHOOSE WITH CARE.

“The re-cher-che’ Collection” jewelry is returnable within 30 days of purchase, 

as long as it is undamaged and accompanied by the original packing slip. 

Upon our receipt of the returned item, your purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges) 

will be refunded to you. Customer is responsible for the return postage.
